Max

Max loves video games, Magic: The Gathering, his cats Sven & Fox, drawing and being creative. Duchenne muscular dystrophy might be slowing him down but it is rare to hear him complain - he’s a tough and determined kid.

Andrew

Andrew is Max’s dad. When he is not pedalling Max in their cargo bike to Ottawa he is studying towards his MHSc in Translational Research at the University of Toronto.

Isla

Isla loves cats, cats and cats! She is Max’s little sister and is full of energy, enthusiasm and laughter. She often rides in the cargo bike with Max.

Kerri

Kerri is Max’s mother. She loves baking, sewing and recently rediscovered her talent for drawing. She is responsible for much of the behind-the-scenes support during the ride. We couldn’t do it without her.
